A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLANDS PERMIT FOR A
REPLACEMENT DECK FOR EUL KANG OF 705 SYLVANDALE COURT
WHEREAS, Mark Oehlke, representing Eul Kang of 705 Sylvandale Court has
applied for a Wetlands permit for a replacement deck as proposed in Planning Case #01-
37; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on October 23, 2001; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend that the Council
approve the Wetlands Permit for the replacement deck for 705 Sylvandale Court under
certain conditions enumerated below.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Wetlands Permit for a replacement Deck for Eul Kang of
705 Sylvandale Court as proposed in Planning Case #01-37 is hereby approved on the
following conditions:
1. Disturbed areas shall be landscaped with natural materials.
2. The area shall be protected with erosion control materials throughout the
construction period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Wetlands permit for a Detached Deck
for Eul Kang of 705 Sylvandale Court as proposed in Planning Case #01-37 would not
have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the
community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose
and intent of the Zoning Ordinance or Wetlands Ordinance.
