The Council members have infonnally agreed to meet in specia on Decer.iber 13th, to interview an anticipated four firms. I am a that you will be interested in making a presentation. `�'herefore, prepared the attached questionnaire, with apologies to A.I.A., in to uniformly disseminate the information and hopefully receive th relevant information. I imagine that you have filled out questio such as this many times. If you have any questions on this parti project, please feel free to call me, I have taken the liberty of assigning 45-minute time slots o evening of Tuesday, December 13th. Despite the fact that this is meeting, I would hope that we could extend to you the courtesy of interview without the presence of ��our fellow architects, I have the liberty of establishing 9:15 P,M. as the tir,�e when the Counci: hear your presentation.
