Several weeks before we had checked on any possible obligations with Mr. Gil Radabaugh, who advised us that, because of the new sanitary secaer in the street, it would be necessary to apply for official permission to continue the arrange- ment of the former owners, Mr. & Mrs. Edward A. The Schmidts assure us that the present septic system is entirely adequate; and Since the property is so large, there should be no possible adverse ecological consequences. - We therefore xespectfully request permission to be allowed to retain the existing septic system without connection to the public sanitary sewer. a Thanking you for your consideration in the matter, I am Very truly yours, ' ~- ..___.. ,;,-Q - C' z? Paul A.
