During the past several weeks, some members of both bodies
have indicated the need for a work session. The Surface Water
Management Study,report was distributed about five or six weeks
ago. It is a wonderful inventory of our drainage characteristics
now what do we do with it??
I would'ask to review it carefully so that we (Council,
Planning Commission, Staff) can arrive at mutual understanding
and common goals°as concerns surface water controls, disposal,
and management. !Your input is kindly requested:

MORE WORK MEETING:

The Council plans to put the Surface Water Management Study
discussion to good use immediately. From 9:00 P.M. to approximately
10:30 P.M., discussion will involve proposed streets and storm
sewer facilities for the avenues west of Dodd Road, Clement,
Vandall and Laura. We've got lots of matters to iron out before
plans can be prepared and construction commence.
In summary, the scheduld is:
7:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. - Surface Water Management
' Study Discussion
9:00 P.M, to 10:30 P.M. Council discussion on streets
