ORDINANCE NO. 350
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1401
The City Council of the City of Mendota Heights hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 403, known and referred to as "An Ordinance Licensing and
Regulating the Sale and Consumption of Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquors and
Providing a Penalty for the Violation Thereof' is hereby amended in the
following respects:
A new section 2.4 shall be added to Section 2 of said Ordinance No. 1401,
providing in its entirety as follows:
2.4 Temporary On Sale licenses shall permit the sale of non-
intoxicating malt liquor by a charitable or religious organization
in existence for at least three years in connection with a social
event on its premises.
Section 4 is hereby amended in its entirety so that as amended it shall read as
follows:
4.3 The annual fee for an on sale license shall be Two Hundred
Fifty Dollars. The annual fee for an off -sale license shall be
Fifty Dollars. The fee for a temporary on -sale license shall be
Fifty Dollars.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication
according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an ordinance this Sixth day of June, 2000.
