Normally the use of transportation other than an automobile after the consumption of alcohol would be recommended to help keep our roads safe. Unfortunately, this is not always true, especially when the transportation has been outfitted with a gasoline engine, exhaust system, and auxiliary gas tank. Deputy Tim Gonder noticed the driver of this motor bike traveling at a high rate of speed on a pedestrian path one recent evening. The driver had several alcohol priors and was arrested for DWI.
