July 7, 1963
The meeting convened at 8z00 p.m. in the village fire hall with Ed Broder,
Ed Stringer, Fred Braze and Hardy Wright present. Also present were Howard
Dahlgren; re case 63-3, Gordon Tourtillotte, re case 63-4, Lyle Lewie; TO
inquiries; Bill Shetka, Mr. Arneson and Mx.&at,50 Peterson.

Applicant; Gordon Edwin Tourtillotte
Location; 1312 Wachtler Avenue
Request; Garage building permit for location 5 feet from lot line
Disposition; Following a verbal report from Howard Dahlgren, motion by Wright
was seconded by Stringer that the commission recommend to the council that the
application be approved. Aye z 4, neyes C.

Applicant; Lyle E. Lewis
Location; 760 Wentworth Avenue
Request; Building Permit for garden shed
Disposition; Following a verbal report from Howard Dahlgren, motion by Stringer
was seconded by Braze that the commiesion recommend to the council that the
application be approved. Ayes 4, nayes Q.
4 Ed Broder reported agreement with Mrs. Meidlinger re case 62=8 to ask the
commission whether it wished to reconsider her application for a garage building
permit. Tbe matter was tabled to give Howard Dahlgren an opportunity to talk
with the applicant.
5 Mssre. Arneson and Peterson inquired as to how the commission would be dieposed
toward davelopment of a $200 M private club on Govt. lot $5, section 5—approx.
9.67 acres above the bluff, 7.22 acres below on Hwy. 13. It was determined that
re-soning would be involved, and full detaile on proceedure were given.
6 Bill Shetka inquired as to what he could tell prospective buyere of two lots
in Garden Lane Add. on Fremont Avenue regarding development potential. The
commission explained that a proposal for re-soiiing that would make the lots
buildable by ordinance was being coneidered, and also pointed out that a
similarly situated lot (number 3) adjacent to the Shetka property had alreadY
been approved (case 62-1).
7 Following a report from Howard Dahlgren, Ed Broder moved, Fred Braze seconded
tbe motion that the commission ask Howard to meet with McOmbrey and suggest
that Dublin Road be tied into William Court inetead of Guilin Avenue. Ayes 4, neYee o
