1 Meeting convened at 8;00 p.m, in the village h&1uith Ed Stringer, Len Lustig,
Rick Bancroft, Fred Braes, Tom Libera and Hardy Wright present. Attending from
the council cars Ed $eroded; Dale Potluck rep. Midwest; Harry Kirchner res 64-1.
2 Case 64-1 Motion by Lustig, seconded by Libera that the application be approved
subject to conformance to applicable requirements of the zoning ordinance -con-
f'ormanco to be verified by Midwest P3 acting 4 Research. Ayes 6, naves O.
3 Claes 64-4 Motion by Lustig, seconded by Dress that the commission recommend to
the council that the application be denied. ayes 6, wee 0,
4 Donald Oeraa^d arrived end inquired whether a third lot (of case 624) could be
approved as buildable. Thr conoeneua was that it could not.
5 Dick Bancroft reported findings on the naming of Mendota Heights road, and it was
agreed that the following names be suggested to the council: Gun Olub Lake Road,
Trillium Road, Little Oros: Road, and Renville Road.

Motion by Wright, oeoonded by Brass, that the commission recommend to the council
that the written statement requested be issued granting a variance to allow Wading
in line with zoning policy recommendation of 2-20463. Ayes 5, aaayes 1,

(3) future development of adjacent R-3 zone and probable eventual subdivision of
the golf course; end that consideration be given the need for collector streets

9 It was agreed that a letter be sent Dr. Darrell Bo Westover (cf. mintates 11-13-63, 5)
indicating that it tele come to the cosnmissionl s attention that the garden house
matter has not been resolved, and inviting Dr. Westover to cornu to a meeting.
10 Onedopy of state highway plans for F., .1.494 across Minnesota River to Hwy,49
interchange was referred from the council to the commission for review.
11 Ed 6rod.er asked the commission to make a determination as to whether an extra
sewer charge at 574 W. Butter and./or 1415 Dodd Rd.. as indicated by St.P. city
council resolution on the basis of zoning or ase other than mingle family
residenoe involving commercial enterprise. Fred Brass agreed to investigate.
