Case69-7. A report was received from Mr. Pollock who had looked OVOT

motion was made by Weed that the application as presented be approved and.

facilities on the property, but it must be understood that the Planning

Case 65-10. Mr. Troje requested a variance to build a detached garage
six feet from the property line. Report was received from Midwest
Planning and Research0. Motion by Weed that application be approved.
Seconded by Strinaer. 4 ayes, 0 naves.
Mr.. Weed asked to discuss the meetimg to be held with Clappnomosa on
Thursday,, June 10. He first read the notification which was sent to .all
members and made a, statement -cautioning. the Commission and the Council
against meetings of this sort and feels Olapp-Thomasen should appear
before the Commission at the Village Hall as is -the policy and not invtting
the members as guests for dinner, etc. He stated this ts a particularly
controyersial matter and the members are public servants who accept no
pay and do not want pay or entertainment from parties motivated strictly
motimted by profit. He wish to have this expression conveyed at the
meeting.
Case 65-11. Mrs. Plummer presented an application to enlarge a single
garage to a double garage. Weed made motion recommending approval in view
of the slight -gariance from 10 feet to 8.3 feet and because this is an
area of small lots.' Seconded by Wright. 4 ayes, 0 nayes,
-.81-A Zoning District - Report received from Midwest Planning. Pollock
stated that because there is nothing in the present classification that would
be adequate for rezoning this area they would suggest a separate classifi-
cation such as a planned iadustrialpark. A discussion was held but no
formal action taken.
Case No. 65-8. There was some discussion regarding
Oil Company and the Chairman asked the Secretary to
Midwest Planning report of June 9 to the Company.
