to build a light todustrial park He pointed out that present zoning would
permit t building of office buildings as high as 45 feet, that the standayd

could not be used as a sersice road by future industry.
Nr. Tierney presentod hls letter dated S-25-65 raising questions of the range
of possible uses under the I-1 zone and asked that the letter be entered in
the record. Mr. ?arrant° by common request read the ordinance listing of
possible uses and pointed out that the Perron property bounded by Rogers Rd.
would be the front do of the park and would have to be developed with the
highest standards by a desireable industry if other clients are to be
attracted to the zest of the proposed Perk.

The group cV our rosidents from Rogers Road reouested a recess for conference

the group be advised when specific propcLls for properties adjacent to their
residences are to be considered by the ,ommission. Er. Parranto pointed out
that the planning consultantos report reemmends elimination of the Perron
property but that this was done on the bath o otherwise leaving an
inadequate area for B=14 development which in any case would require
acquisition of the four residences for B -1-A development. Mr. Perron pointed
out that the B -1-A one also includes asylums and hospitals.
Motion by Wright, seconded by Libera that the matter ex re -zoning be deferred
