Perron Property involved: Lot 16, Willow Spring lot on Marie Avenue and Lot 29 Willow. Spring on Callahan Place. Request: Variance to diVide Lot 16 with two equal frontage lots of 125 ft and lot 29 into 2 equal frontage lots of 101 ft each. (1) Attorney Mr. Grayson representing Dorothy Perron requested variance on lots 16 & 29 ( sec variance request for full description) Rolf Ljungimal moved to allow variance on 29, but not on 16. Seconded by D. Schneeman. Motion carried. Case 68-14 Applicant: Sussel Company for owner Lyle Strong. Property involved: 1056 Chippewa Request: Variance to build garage 4 ft from side property line. (2.) Mr. R. Ljunglrull moved to table until owner gets an indication from neighboring property owner as to his feelings, and location of buildings on the effected lots. Seconded by L. Culligan. Motion carried. Case 68-15 Applicant: William Strub Jr. Property involved: Northwest Corner of Dodd Road. & Highway 4110(fronting on Dodd Rd) Request: Rezoning residential to commercial for purpose of 11 suite office of 2 floors. (3) Applicant William Strub asked this to be tabled to next meeting. Case 68-12 Applicant: Farwell Ozman Kirk Property involved: 23.2 acres north of Chicago & St. Paul Pacific Railroad tracks on the east side of County Rd #31 (Pilot Knob Road) Request: Permit to build warehouse and office space. (4) (Applicant Farwell Ozman Kirk) Memorandum received from Midwest Planning & Resedrch, Inc. Copy of the memorandum was sent to Mr. Ross of Farwell Ozman Kirk. Mr. Ross indicated he would review it end possibly appear at a future meeting. Planning Commission held a general discussion on the proposal. Meeting adjourned at 9:30.. Respectfully submitted, #6.
