Case 68-21 Continued from Meeting of November 27, 1968 Approval, contingent upon a report to be made by Howard Dahlgren, was given to George Niehaus to build on a 1 acre lot currently owned by R. C. Lilly estate. Approval 4-,0 11 Case 68-23 Applicant: John G. Schneider -1413 Clement Reonest: Subdivide existing lot at 1613 Clement into 2 lots. Since the applicant had complied with a previous recommendation of the Planning Commission to locate the dividing property line 10ft south of the existing garage, the Commission recommended approval 4-0 111 Case 68-22 Applicants: Ronald E. Dailey and Sidney H. Dailey Applicants were present with their attorney Ronald P. Smith and a landscape architect Dan H. Gustafson, planner for the proposed project. Request: Rezoning from RIA to RI and approval of a preliminary plat for subdividing following property into 16 lots. Property involved: E. Marie Avenue -Approximately 665 ft west from a point approximately 665 ft west of Delaware. The S.W. of S Ei of S Ei of Section 24, T28N, R23 W. A preliminary plot was presented with a certification by the Dakota Abstract Company as to owners of properties which are situated within a radius of 300 ft of any part of the property involved. After a general discussion by the developers, their attorney, and the land- scape architect, the main concern expressed by members of the Commission was that the property as plotted might land lock other properties if adjoining properties were developed in a similar manner. The developers were informed that a public hearing would be scheduled on their application at the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on January 22, 1969.
