Recreation Registration
Registration for recreation programs starts
on Monday, March 19, 2012 with in-person
registration for junior golf leagues and
camps running from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
at City Hall. We will have staff on hand, as
well as some parks and recreation commis-
sioners to ensure that families are able to
coordinate golf programs for their kids.
All other program registrations will be of-
fered via our web-registration starting at
7:30 p.m.

of all the opportunities for recreation this
summer.

The Police Chief would like to remind eve-
ryone that there is a crime blog for northern
Dakota County, where local police depart-
ments post images and information for
crimes which they are seeking help from
the public to solve.

Brown College
John Mazzitello and Jake Sedlacek spent
time on Tuesday at Brown College, re-
ceiving presentations from students on
sustainable concepts for local communi-
ties. Ideas ranged from storm-water edu-
cation to building the next phase in nucle-
ar energy plants. John and Jake reacted
to the presentations, shared some insight
into local government, and encouraged
the students to share what they have
learned.
Foreclosure Workshop
The Dakota County Community De-
velopment Agency is hosting a fore-
closure workshop at their Eagan offic-
es on March 22, 2012. If you know of
families/individuals facing potential
foreclosures, please share infor-
mation on the workshop with them. A
notice regarding the workshop has
been attached.
