Res 2014- 60 CAP 744 Woodridge DrCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2014-60 RESOLUTION APPROVING A CRITICAL AREA PERMIT AT 744 WOODRIDGE DRIVE WHEREAS, Sarah and Aaron Macke have applied for a critical area permit to construct a retaining wall, patio, fence, and swimming pool, and an expansion to the existing screen porch at 744 Woodridge Drive within the Mississippi River Corridor Critical Area (PID# 27-37780-01-020) as proposed in Planning Case 2014-27; and WHEREAS, the Mendota Heights Planning Commission held a public hearing on this matter at their regular meeting on September 23, 2014. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mendota Heights City Council that the critical area permit request as proposed in Planning Case 2014-27 is hereby approved based on the finding that the application meets the policies and standards of the Critical Area Overlay District. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Mendota Heights City Council that the critical area permit request as proposed in Planning Case 2014-27 is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1. Building, fence, and grading permits are approved by the City prior to construction of the proposed improvements. 2. Construction of the proposed improvements shall be in compliance with the City's Land Disturbance Guidance Document. 3. The swimming pool is not to be drained toward any bluff line.
