come out of the house with nothing in his hands; he complied. In talking with the male, he admitted to

seemed to be out of place.

Traffic Stop Sunday 10:28 hours
While on routine patrol, Officer John Larrive ran a license plate check on a vehicle that passed him and the
status came back as revoked. As Larrive turned to stop the vehicle, the vehicle accelerated, made an abrupt
right turn and the driver took off running into a wooded area. In searching for the male driver, he was seen
walking next to a business. Larrive ordered him to stop and, knowing he matched the suspect description,
asked him if he was the guy in the vehicle that had just fled; the suspect said, “No.: A key ring with several
keys was found on him so Larrive drove him back to the vehicle and was able to start the ignition with the
suspects keys. The male was issued a citation for Driving After Revocation and No Proof Of Insurance. Due
to his lengthy driving history, he was transported to Dakota County Jail and the vehicle was towed.

had verbally changed the times from what the court documents say. Larrive left a message with the father
asking him to call him.

cle and suspect description. Officers made contact with the homeowner who arrived home a short time later
