Res 2014- 21 Wetlands Permit 2469 Westview TerraceCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2014-21 RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLANDS PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE WHEREAS, Steven Olsen has applied for a wetlands permit to construct an accessory structure within 100 feet of water resource -related area at 2469 Westview Terrace (BRIDGEVIEW SHORES 2ND ADDITION, LOT 7, BLOCK 1; PID#: 27-15151-01-070) as proposed in Planning Case 2014-11; and WHEREAS, the Mendota Heights Planning Commission held a public hearing on this matter at their regular meeting April 22, 2014. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mendota Heights City Council that the wetlands permit as proposed in Planning Case 2014-11 is hereby approved with the following conditions: Area between the proposed construction and the normal water level of the pond is to remain naturally vegetated. 2. Construction and restoration activity, to include re -vegetation of disturbed areas, shall be in compliance with the City's Land Disturbance Guidance Document. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights this sixth day of May, 2014.
