Res 2002- 24 Approving CUP @ 1305 Kendon LaneCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 02-24 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND ONE -FOOT SIDE YARD SETBACK VARIANC FOR A DETACHED GARAGE AT 1305 KENDON LA WHEREAS, John R. Arehart of 1305 Kendon Lane has applied f Use Permit and One -Foot Side Yard Setback Variance for a Detached Ga in Planning Case #02-08; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on April 23, 2002; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 4-0 (with three Commissioners excused) to recommend that the Council approve the Conditional Use Permit and One - Foot Side Yard Setback Variance as proposed in Planning Case #02-08. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit and One -Foot Side Yard Setback Variance for a Detached Garage for 1305 Kendon Lane as proposed in Planning Case #02-08 is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Conditional Use Permit and One -Foot Side Yard Setback Variance for a Detached Garage for 1305 Kendon Lane as proposed in Planning Case #02-08 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
