RESOLUTION NO. 02 - 32
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR BIDS
FOR THE TOWN CENTER SITE GRADING PROJECT
(JOB NO. 9906)
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for proposed site grading,
erosion control, and related appurtenant work referred to as the Town Center Site Grading
Project (Job No. 9906), eight bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law
and the following bids were received complying with said advertisement:

and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommended that the low bid submitted by Turner
Excavating Company of Savage, Minnesota, be accepted.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the bids for the above project are hereby received and accepted.
2. That the bid of Turner Excavating Company of Savage, Minnesota,
submitted for the construction of the above described improvements be
and the same is hereby accepted.
3. That the contract be awarded to Turner Excavating Company of
Savage, Minnesota, and that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and deliver any and all contracts and documents
necessary to consummate the awarding of said bids.
