RESOLUTION 02-36
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CRITICAL AREA PERMIT
FOR A NEW HOME AT 1223 KNOLLWOOD LANE
WHEREAS, Mr. Scott Thomas has applied for a Critical Area Permit for a new
home at 1223 Knollwood Lane, as proposed on plans in Planning Case File #02-21; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on June 25, 2002 and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 5-0 (with two Commissioners
excused) to recommend that the Council approve this application.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Critical Area Permit for a new home at 1223 Knollwood
Lane, as proposed on plans in Planning Case File #02-21 is hereby approved on the
following conditions:
1. The City Engineer shall review and approve all grading, drainage, and erosion
control measures.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota
Heights that this Critical Area Permit for a new home at 1223 Knollwood Lane, as
proposed on plans in Planning Case File #02-21 under the above conditions would not
have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the
community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose
and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
