Res 2002- 56 Approving CUP @ 999 Chipewa AveCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 02-56 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A DETACHED GARAGE AT 999 CHIPPEWA AVENUE WHEREAS, Daniel R. Frank of 999 Chippewa Avenue has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for A Detached Garage as proposed in Planning Case #02-35; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on September 24, 2002; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend that the Council approve the Conditional Use Permit as proposed in Planning Case #02-35. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit for a Detached Garage for 999 Chippewa Avenue as proposed in Planning Case #02-35 is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Conditional Use Permit for a Detached Garage for 999 Chippewa Avenue as proposed in Planning Case #02-35 under the above conditions would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
