RESOLUTION 02-72
RESOLUTION DENYING
SUBDIVISION 1 LOT WIDTHVARIANCE
1' AN ADDITIONAL1VICTORIA CURVE
WHEREAS, Mark A. R. Olson, owner of 1217 Victoria Curve (Lot 2, Burns
Heights) has applied for a Subdivision and Lot Width Variance for One Additional Lot as
proposed in Planning Case #02-46; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on November 26, 2002; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend that the Council
deny the Subdivision and Lot Width Variance as proposed in Planning Case #02-46.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Subdivision and Lot Width Variance for a One Additional
Lot for 1217 Victoria Curve as proposed in Planning Case #02-46 is hereby denied.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subdivision and Lot Width Variance
for a One Additional Lot for 1217 Victoria Curve as proposed in Planning Case #02-46
would have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of
the community and the surrounding land, and would be adverse to the general purpose
and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
