RESOLUTION APPROVING
CONDITIONAL USE PER
FOOT WGVSII P0XftW1W COMICT
WHEREAS, Stephen P. R. McDermott of 600 Pond View Court (Lot 7, Block 5,
Copperfield Addition). has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for a Four -Foot High
Fence as proposed in Planning Case #02-45; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on November 26, 2002; and
WIMREAS, The Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend that the Council
approve the Conditional Use Permit as proposed in Planning Case #02-45.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Conditional Use Permit for a Four -Foot High Fence for
600 Pond View Court as proposed in Planning Case #02-45 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Conditional Use Permit for a Four -Foot
High Fence for 600 Pond View Court as proposed in Planning Case #02-45 would not
have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the
community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose
and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
