RESOLUTION 03-08
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A
23 -FOOT SETBACK VARIANCE
FOR A GARDEN SHED AT 906 NINA COURT
WHEREAS, James Dzik and Joy Rude of 906 Nina Court (South Ridge B 21 L
3) have applied for a 23 -Foot Setback Variance for a Garden Shed as proposed in
Planning Case #03-01; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meeting on January 28, 2003; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 4-3 to recommend that the Council
approve the variance as proposed in Planning Case #03-01.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a 23 -Foot Setback Variance for a Garden Shed for 906 Nina
Court as proposed in Planning Case #03-01 is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 23 -Foot Setback Variance for a Garden
Shed for 906 Nina Court as proposed in Planning Case #03-01 would not have an adverse
impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the
surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the
Zoning Ordinance.
