Res 2003- 15 Approving Critical Area Permit @ 1069 Douglas RdCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 03-15 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CRITICAL AREA PERMIT FOR NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION AT 1069 DOUGLAS ROAD WHEREAS, Peter R. Wilton of 1069 Douglass Road [Lot 4 Block 3 Tilsen's Highland Heights] has applied for a Critical Area Permit for New Home Construction as proposed in Planning Case #03-10; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meeting on March 25, 2003; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend that the Council approve the Critical Area Permit as proposed in Planning Case #03 -10. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Critical Area Permit for New Home Construction for 1069 Douglass Road as proposed in Planning Case #03 -10 is hereby approved on the following condition: 1. Any retaining walls shall be four feet or less in height. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Critical Area Permit for New Home Construction for 1069 Douglass Road as proposed in Planning Case #03 -10 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
