RESOLUTION 03-30
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CRITICAL AREA PERMIT
AND A VARIANCE FOR A HOME ADDITION
AT 1755 LEXINGTON AVENUE
WHEREAS, Mr. Tim Mussell has applied for a Critical Area Permit and
Variance for A Home Addition at 1755 Lexington Avenue [legal description] as proposed
in Planning Case #03-17; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application
at their regular meetings on March 25, 2003 and April 22, 2003,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Critical Area Permit and a Variance for a Home Addition
for 1755 Lexington Avenue as proposed in Planning Case #03-17 is hereby approved on
the condition that gutters be installed on the back of the roof to direct water to the front.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Critical Area Permit and Variance for a
Home Addition for 1755 Lexington Avenue as proposed in Planning Case #03-17 would
not have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the
community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose
and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
