Res 2003- 35 Approving Preliminary Plat @ 2180 Lexington Ave NCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, M[INNESOTA RESOLUTION 03-35 RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY FOR THREE1 1 4X 2180 LEXINGTON AVENUE SOUTH WHEREAS, Mr. Mike Rongitsch of Rongitsch Properties has applied for a Preliminary Plat for Three Lots at 2180 Lexington Avenue South [legal description] as proposed in Planning Case #03-08; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this application at their regular meetings on March 25, 2003 and April 22, 2003; and WHEREAS, The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend that the Council approve the Preliminary Plat as revised and presented to the Planning Commission on the evening of April 22, 2003 and as shown in Planning Case #03-08. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Preliminary Plat for Three Lots for 2180 Lexington Avenue South as revised and proposed in Planning Case #03-08 is hereby approved on the following conditions: 1. The applicant and the City shall execute a Developer's Agreement covering such items as sanitary sewer connections, park dedication, etc. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Preliminary Plat for Three Lots for 2180 Lexington Avenue South as revised and proposed in Planning Case #03-08 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
