RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 98
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
STREET REHABILITATION IMPROVEMENTS ON SOMERSET COURT TO SERVE
PROPERTIES IN THE SOMERSET WEST REPLAT AND SURROUNDING AREAS
(IMPROVEMENT NO. 2004, PROD. NO. 3)
WHEREAS, City Council has detennined that it is appropriate and fitting to consider street
rehabilitation improvements to serve parcels in the Somerset West Replat plat abutting Somerset
Court, and to assess the benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429:
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mendota Heights, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare a
feasibility study as to whether said proposed improvements are feasible, whether said
improvements should best be made as proposed, or rather should be made in conjunction
with some other improvement, and as to the estimated cost of said improvements.
2. That said improvement shall hereafter be known and designated as Improvement No.
2004, Project No. 3.
