Res 2003-106 Approving Amendment to the Town Center PUDRESOLUTION NO. 03-106
TOWN CENTER PUD
WHEREAS, Town Center Developer, Ross Feffercorn and Gateway Bank
Corporation desire to use Outlot F Mendota Heights Town Center as the location for a
temporary bank facility; and
WHEREAS, the Town Center PUD does not provide for such a use; and
WHEREAS, the use of Outlot F as a temporary bank site poses no adverse
impacts to the City and is acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a minor amendment be approved to the Town Center PUD
allowing Ross Feffercorn to use Outlot F as the site for a temporary bank, subject to the
following conditions:
Legal Review and approval of a lease agreement
2. A signed lease agreement between the City and Ross Feffercorn
3. Any required building permits be issued by the City's Building Officials
4. Installation according to Exhibit A (site plan) attached to the letter from
Gateway Bank Corporation dated October 15, 2003
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED by the City
Council that the Mayor be authorized to sign a lease agreement after legal review and
approval.
