Res 2003-107 Approving PUD Amendment for Enterprise Corp. CenterCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 03-107 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR PUD AMENDMENT FOR ENTERPRISE CORPORATE CENTER WHEREAS, United Properties has submitted drawings prepared by ACI/Boland Inc., dated October 13, 2003, to complete Phase II of their Enterprise Corporate Center PUD; and WHEREAS, these plans vary from the plan as originally approved by the City Council according to Resolution No. 96-30 (they now propose a six foot lower building height and a slightly different architectural design as shown on the plans; and WHEREAS, the freestanding building identification sign is to be setback 20 feet from the front lot line along Pilot Knob Road versus the 40 feet required setback; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such changes to the PUD are appropriate for this site and would be a good addition to the City's Industrial Park; and WHEREAS, the City Council has further determined that the amended PUD meets the City's current requirements for a PUD in the Industrial area, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a minor amendment to the PUD be approved allowing the development of Phase II of the Enterprise Corporate Center according to the above described plans subject to the following conditions: • Staff issuance of a building permit upon compliance with all City Codes and the following other conditions: 1. Repairs to the existing Phase I outlet to the storm water holding pond 2. Redesign of the proposed new outlet emptying into the storm water holding pond 3. Dealing with the storm water holding pond grades by means of grading— not walls 4. Sewer and water connections for the Phase 11 building being made on Enterprise Drive not on Pilot Knob Road as shown BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City COU neiI authorize Staff to issue the appropriate building permit(s) for the Phase II building upon compliance with all applicable building code requirements.
