Res 2004- 73 Approving Amndment to CUP at Mendakota Country ClubCITY OF MENDOTA HEIGHTS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 04-73 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A MAINTENANCE FACILITY FOR M[ENDAKOTA COUNTRY CLUB FOR THE ADDITION OF OUTDOOR STORAGE BINS WHEREAS, Mr. Bob McKinney has applied for a Minor Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for a new maintenance facility at Mendakota Country Club at 2075 Mendakota Drive (Sec. 26, T28N, R23 W) as originally approved in Planning Case No. 99-02, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that a Minor Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for a new maintenance facility at Mendakota Country Club for the Addition of Outdoor Storage Bins is hereby approved under the following conditions: 1. That Mendakota Country Club apply for and receive the appropriate permit(s) from the Code Enforcement Officer. 2. That Mendakota Country Club continue to adhere to all previous conditions of the original Conditional Use Permit approval for the maintenance building, including the condition that no outside storage be permitted on the east side, north side, or south side of the building, and only be permitted for materials and vehicles in the bermed area [in the new storage bins] to the west of the building. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mendota Heights that this approved Minor Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for a new maintenance facility at Mendakota Country Club for the Addition of Outdoor Storage Bins would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the community and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
