RESOLUTION NO. 04 -83
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
LEXINGTON AVENUE TRAIL CONSTRUCTION (JOB NO. 9903, S.A.F. 140 - 105 -06)
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the proposed construction of storm
sewer, trail construction and appurtenant work on Lexington Avenue from Mendota Heights Road
to Wagon Wheel Trail (Job No. 9903, S.A.P. 140 - 105 -06), bids were received, opened, and
tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with said
advertisement:

WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommended that the low bid submitted by Barber
Construction, Inc. of Hopkins, Minnesota, be accepted.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the bids for the above project are hereby received and accepted..
2. That the bid of Barber Construction, Inc. of Hopkins, Minnesota,
submitted for the construction of the above described improvements be and
the same is hereby accepted.
3. That the contract be awarded to Barber Construction, Inc. of Hopkins,
Minnesota, and that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute and deliver any and all contractors and documents necessary to
consummate the awarding of said bids.
