A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT
TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
FOR A TEMPORARY SIGN
FOR THE TOWN CENTER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Mr. Peter Brown on behalf of Mr. Ross Fefercorn has applied for a
Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for the Town Center redevelopment
project (Planning Case #02-11) as proposed in materials submitted to the Council for
their regular meeting on December 21, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mendota Heights that a Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit Development for
the Town Center redevelopment project (Planning Case #02-11) is hereby approved as
proposed in materials submitted to the Council for their regular meeting on December 21,
2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVED that this temporary sign shall be removed on or
before December 21, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVED that the Code Enforcement Officers are hereby
authorized to issue any necessary sign permit(s) pertaining to this approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed amendment is consistent with
the intent and direction of the City's PUD Ordinance and Land Use Plan, and that the
amendment will be beneficial to the cominunity at large.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Minor Amendment to the Planned Unit
Development for the Town Center redevelopment project (Planning Case #02-11) as
proposed in materials submitted to the Council for their regular meeting on December 21,
2004 would not have an adverse impact on the health, safety, and general welfare of the
citizens of the commw-iity and the surrounding land, and would not be adverse to the
general purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.
